Is offering an additional 5% off the minimum suggested advertised price on all Carhartt in stock and special orders. The minimum suggested advertised price (MSAP) is the lowest allowed advertised price allowed by Carhartt, which is anywhere from 19 to 23% off. Local 400 members would get an additional 5% off that price. In order for Local 400 members to receive the discount, they must show their membership card.
